We have been servicing the apartment and condominium management companies for over 10 years. We work with companies ranging from local management companies to regional and even national management companies. Projects range from simple painting/carpentry projects to multi-faceted renovation projects.
For each project, a project manager is assigned to oversee the project. Along with the project manager, a crew foreman is assigned to manage the daily operations of the crew.
